A self-taught filmmaker, Joseph boasts a diverse skill set spanning the full spectrum of production, with a special focus on writing and production management. As a professional Argentine tango dancer based in Portland, Oregon, he has a unique insight into the culture that surrounds the dance as well as an expert knowledge of its music.
Joseph created the Tango Silent Films project to combine his love of film production with Portland’s diverse and vibrant Argentine tango community.
